Ability to invite players to private games
It would be nice to have the capability to invite players to a specific private game without having to send a pm. It will save time and help in the organization of private games.
I was thinking something along the lines of the invite function in yahoo chess but adapted to send an automatic pm to the players with the game #, game settings, current players signed up, and a brief message. It could have a drop down menu of all users and allow for invites to multiple people. Ideally, you can send it to your clan or pre-specified user groups. To avoid abuse, safegaurds could be put in place to only allow a certain number of game invites or the ability to ignore invites.

It sounds to me like a hell of a lot more work for Lack to set that up than it takes for you to send a daggum PM.

It's probably not worth the effort but I think it is a good idea. It would definitely be a ncie feature and would increase the user-friendliness of this site. But I think there are more important suggestions that should take lack's focus for a while. So good idea, but in my opinion its low priority.
