You are allowed to pick one human right for your country to enshrine the protection of in its legislature. Gogogo.

I mean, I guess if I have to pick one, then its "The right to economic and physical security."

But ideally, both would be protected.

The whole thing is a false dichotomy. You won't keep one very long without a reasonable quantity of the other. Nor can either be absolute. A reasonable balance with a good quantity of both protections is my goal.

Depends on how you interpret it. Basic economic security can also be accomplished through a strong healthy jobs market.
