Speedgames on top in waiting list

Concise description:
- put speedgames on top in the waiting list
- just put the speedgames on top of the casual games in he page"waiting games"
- players dont have to scroll trough an entire list of waiting casual games to check the status of their waiting speedgames. I do so to check how full it is and what time i get to spend before gamestart
