Saxi's Fab Four 1. George Washington (elected with 100% of the vote - twice!) 2. Dwight Eisenhower 3. Donald Trump 4. William Howard Taft*
* also 3rd greatest head-of-state of the Philippines after Manuel Quezon and Emilio Aguinaldo
Honorable mention (unrealized potential) Richard Nixon
Saxi's Bad Four 1. Woodrow Wilson (turned a medium regional war into a major world war, had his political opponents jailed, KKK sympathizer, possibly elected due to vote fraud, had to turn-over government to his wife after his own heart tried to assassinate him) 2. Franklin Roosevelt (prolonged the Depression through sheer ineptitude and mismanagement - finally had to declare war to kill-off the unemployed) 3. James Buchanan (bumbled the country into the Civil War) 4. Andrew Johnson (almost bumbled the country back into a Civil War)

This list is legit. Your fab four doesn't include ol' Hickory aka Donald Trump's prototype. Please resubmit your application after ensuring all your entries are accurate.

1. Millard Fillmore 2. Chester A. Arthur 3. Franklin Pierce 4. John Tyler
And yes, I do seriously intend to skim the Wikipedia articles about each of them at some point in the future.

Say whatever you want about their faults, but these two presidents are the ones who turned America into a global superpower.

First off, saxitoxin doesn't like America, he only likes despotism. Secondly, Woodrow Wilson also started the Nazi party with Hitler, which is so inexcusable as to put him on the list of worst human beings, let alone presidents.

James Polk. It's a consistently winning answer on one of my favourite quiz shows- Pointless.
For those not in the know, you have to find a correct answer to a question that nobody thought of in the survey, or as few people possible thought of.
A kind of reverse family fortunes.
I don't know what Polk did as a President, but whatever it was it was kinda forgettable.

Probably one of the rare times we completely agree.
Just think of what he could have been had he actually a working set of teeth.
(His false teeth, not made of wood, were not suitable to actually eat with.)

Kinda a small quibble, but I'm pretty sure that the teeth may have been suitable, but he likely had nothing suitable to adhere them to his gums.
I should probably balance that out-
NSFW-

According to a report published in Harper's New Monthly Magazine, the corpse "appeared to have suffered little from the effects of time" and was notable for its "large dimensions" (in life, Washington reportedly stood more than six feet tall, unusually large for the eighteenth century, and had a "massive" head with "tremendously" large hands and size 13 feet).
