One round, everyone plays everyone in 1 on 1 matches; at the same time. Player with most wins, wins the tournament. If two players are tied the player that won the 1v1 match wins the tourney--if multiple players are tied and there is no clear head to head winner -all the players involved will play another round robin.

As HA said, it does differ from your one slightly so it might be good to decide which one you want to go with.

My personal issue with that wording is that "no clear head to head winner" is not defined. Therefore, I define this "clear head-to-head winner" as "a situation where 3 or more people are tied, and one of them has beaten all the others in the original round." Conversely, "no clear head to head winner" would mean "the absence of a situation where 3 or more people are tied, and one of them has beaten all the others in the original round."
