Terms
[spoiler=TERMS]41 games: 4-12-12-12-1 = 41 points total
War split in 2 batches, tie-breaker played in 1st batch
2nd batch starts when the 1st batch winds down. time frame not set in stone.
We start the 2nd batch when good and ready.
FOED will create the war thread & ask for privs
Tie-breaker: World 2.1 quads, no spoils, chained, foggy
Trench maps allowed. 2 games per batch max, 30 round limit each
Nukes allowed
No Manual, Freestyle, Beta, Unlimited
Each map twice/once per game type
4 1v1 best of 5 series. Each series counts as 1 game.
5th game is Random, Auto, No spoils, Chained, Foggy.
FOED creates 1v1 tie-breakers.
Player game count: 35% or 14 of games max per player
12 FoW rule in effect.
If FoW broken the offending teams has to reveal the move.
FoW does not apply to those maps where the first play has no effect
on the opposing team (e.g. Jamaica, Lunar War, etc).
Clans agree to resolve any possible disputes/misunderstandings in amicable and
mutually agreeable way without forfeits?[/spoiler]

Revised Terms 10/24/12:

[player]dr. lucas[/player] is taking a break due to family obligations.

4 new games will be added to batch 2 (2 trips and 2 quads) for total of 45 games/points.
Game count: 35% of 45, 15.75. New max game count per player: 16

I agree to these terms.

All games for batch 2 filled on our end. Looks like it's going to end in close fashion. No matter the results, excellent challenge FOED.

Looks like I fudged up the numbers little earlier - it always seems to be
chaotic when I mix up singles and team games.

MM needs 5 more to secure the victory. having a strong lead in at least
8 of the remaining games, MMs victory seems certain at this point.
