TIEBREAKER: 1 QUAD GAME, World 2.1, NO SPOILS, CHAINED FORTS, FOGGY
TIEBREAKER WORLD 2.1 QUADS - Game 9700184 WINNER = BSS wins

got one problem with this we agreed to 3 sets of games. quads, trips, then dubs.
