he agrees then when you log back on and go to the game this player has all but killed you off as he left me 1 territory dukesterC13 did to me

Breaking truces isn't very nice in multiplayer games, but it's not against the rules.
Feel free to rate accordingly and foe if necessary.

making and or breaking truces is not nice, but usefull sometimes..

making and or breaking truces is nice, and usefull sometimes.. (and funny!)
Braking a truce makes the game spectacular and make the truces less powerful.
You can give bad rating and foe people who never brake truces even if they can win the game by braking some of them

As you can see, there are many views on truces.
Remember this, play CC as you want to, within the rules. If you like truces, make them. if you like breaking truces, break em. And above all have fun!

If i were to break a truce with an opponent, i would first announce it. Then break the truce. But I don't make many truces because then other players would know.
