Consider Yourself FLAMED!

Today, I'm flaming every player who demands you play real time in Freestyle games up until they have the advantage, then they disappear. Included in this are the great players who join a game you start, then lambast you for not playing it real time the way they want you to. Then leave you ratings for "cheap tactics". I'm flaming my own self for giving in to some of these players and actually playing it real time, and then joining a game at a later date with them, where they then do not return the same courtesy.
I've come to the conclusion that most every player does the same stuff. So be consistent. And...
1) Don't write on my wall that it's my turn. I know it's my turn. I rarely miss turns.
2) Don't meet me in a dark alley...I will definitely play real time. (And that is not a sexual reference...get your mind out of my gutter)
3) I feel like there should be a three here. Can't think of what it is, so someone else can fill it in for me.

When Im in a speed game, and someone takes the time to send me a message saying its my turn, when it is in their best interest that I miss a turn, I not only thank them, but make sure they get extra good ratings.
Though typically I hate all non emergency use of the wall myself, and clean the thing semi religiously.

hmm i know i have backed off of games that were being played RT before but only when RT was never agreed to. if we agreed to RT i wont back off when it would be to my advantage. and personally i find the PM/wall posts annoying as well. i never miss a turn unless i have a dang good reason, usually internet cutting out @.@
also if its a 2 player game and the other person is freemium im far more likely to stay till the end even if its to my advantage to leave

Herakilla, I agree with you. If RT has been agreed to...that's cool. But I rarely commit to RT games unless I know I have the time to commit.

I agree, too. Premiums who really want Real Time games play speed (for the most part).
When I had premium, it used to irritate me no end that people would simply assume a 1 vs 1 "had" to be Real Time. Now, I would like a few Real Time, but I am not so arrogant as to demand them. I cannot afford premium, so I cannot expect the "perks" of speed games... and I have no right to expect everyone to cater to my wishes.
If you sign up for a Real time game through call outs or pm, etc... then yes, you should play Real Time, barring a real emergency. Else... there is no gaurantee!

I can assure you, that JR hates the spam attackers...myself, sometimes being one myself, dont usually mind. You really do never know.
However, in my recent das schloss games, it was rather humorous to watch people scrambling around trying to win, as I patiently just went for the objective, and had position so superior, could literally discount everything they did...except the hours wasted waiting for them to do it.

screw em... i join 1 vs 1 and small games with free account people a lot, If they want to real-time it and I would rather say run to the liquerstore or watch an online episode of family guy (no fam guy here in mex

) or maybe I just want to read a book... screw it, im not going to be pressured into real time, and the "your turn" thing on my wall is just a good way for me to make sure I take my time. Ratings are only there fir the medals guys =D

I hate anytime some writes on my wall. I get a notification when I get new pm's and check them immediately. Wall posts are only ok if they are something funny and I don't have to respond to them. Pm's are faster, there can be a game link, and I can click the reply button.
