If me and my partner have a territory together -say Europe on world 2.1 , will both of us get the spoils? Or non of us.
What about talking in main chat, is that allowed between us?

One player has to hold the bonus, not a combined of the two teammates. And you can talk in the game chat, and only your team mate will see it.
