potion b-cyanide(poison)

So there still needs to be an actual "cure" and what could be the fourth pill? Pain pill?

I am not a skimmer. And while I had the thought that those were the only ones he knew about, still he doesn't seem to mention them at all. So it leaves everything confusing. And also who reads and remembers stuff like that when I read it 2 weeks ago in Tonka's post. At the time it wasn't that big of a clue. Anyway, nevermind.
