I would like to move that rule # 11 be rewritten to show that either player can report game updates ... or just remove # 11 completely.

So basically a player can be held hostage if the WINNER either forgets to, or chooses NOT to report back here?

When playing a lot of games you can finish a game and not remember if is a challenge match for example ...

At a minimum ... as long as someone reports the end results ... they can always be verified no?

And yeah, maybe the loser could report it, too? The onus should still be on the winner, but it'd be nice if the loser could report it as well.

I remember back in the beta-testing days, we originally had it so either player could report the match result. I don't remember why we changed it to only the winner reporting.

I'm okay with re-writing Rule #11 to state that either player can report.

Rule #11 has been deleted. Either player can report when a match is completed. I did not renumber the rules, so as to not cause any confusion with previous or future posts regarding the rules.
