There is a dark part of the line but it looks like it connects to a light line. That is actually the border of cuba, its just that some countries are so small and the lines are so thick that the borders touch on either side leaving no country-color visible in portions.

The same is true for a lot of oceania and the far east islands. You have islands which are just border, no color at all.

Anyway, cuba and mexico do connect. Perhaps the connection could be extended over the country border to make it more apparent.

It was kinda hard to tell Argentina can attack Parana. Chile to Peru as well.

I think the Chile - Peru was increased already, I think that is alright.

Regarding Argentina and Parana, it also seems pretty obvious.

Also, maybe consider switching Paraguay's name to the other side, now that Bolivia's name is above...it might look better and cleaner, as there are a number of names sticking out to the left.

Zim, can you type up a list of all the changes that you've put into place from the current live version, to this current edition?

can you move the army shadow of paraguay in the tiny version a bit up? i make somethimes mistakes that uruay can attack paraguay

I didn't keep a log on this version like I did with the original map as when started I thought I'd only fix the Brunei problem. Anyway, I think this is all of the changes but I may have missed a couple.

I think most all major problems have been worked out finally. I'll give it a few more days, and then we'll see about the old switcherooo

Why not have Irkutsk be able to attack Korea. I only ask because I was screwed last World 2.0 game I played because I thought you could. So clearing that up is just as helpful I guess!

You should add a bonus for holding Antarctica. It is a vital piece of real estate on this map but nobody cares about holding it because there is no value other than the strategic value. This would solve the isolation issues associated with South America, South Africa and Australia. Perhaps a value of 5 (one would have to hold 4 countries without getting destroyed by anyone seeking to hold one of the aforementioned SCs) would make it a more used area on the map and a key holding point for anyone trying to control the southern hemisphere. It would add yet another major area of conflict and prevent the camping that seems to prevalent in South America and Australia.

i think that sumatra can attack borneo, which is not the case, can you make it clearer that you cannot, maybe by having the line go around borneo or remove it completly and have no link between those countries. or just link sumatra to borneo.

also why is there a faint line under greece, it is confusing and looks messy.

shame about removing that norway moskva link, thought it held great strategic value.

hate the Australia - Chili link idea, its great as it is. other than that i think everything else is great and works wonderfully.

There is no line from Sumatra to Brunei. The line goes from Sumatra to Central-Indonesia!!!!!

Brunei is the big island to the left of Central-Indonesia, right? I definitely see a thick grey line going from Central-Indonesia to Brunei to Sumatra. Whether or not it's supposed to be a straight line from Central-Indonesia to Sumatra, the fact is that it touches Brunei, and any logical person would assume that anything a line touches is part of the route.

I propose moving Java south which would make room to move Central-Indonesia south also. Then the line could go straight from CI to Sumatra without touching Brunei.

Whether or not this is geographically off I don't know, but gameplay/readability should come before minor geographical details.

For the first time i have seen that line. Thanks for pointing it out, but no wonder i was confused, the names of the countries never bothered me. I always sew that dark sea line going into borneo and not central indonesia.

I also thought that central indonesia was the grouping of islands further to the right from borneo.

i agree also that it has been answered that borneo question, because i never sew that white line on borneo, i never sew that issue get resolved in the above mentioned threads. silly me i know but it also shows how hard it was to see that bloody white line.

i checked the new map version after you telling me it has been resolved and yes you are right and i love it. no more confusement.

I don't care how many noobs make the brunei mistake, it is their bloody fault, it has been discussed 50 times or more in this forum, i made the mistake once, but then, never made it again! brunei is the same island as central indonesia, if you're too much of an idiot to notice everytime, then complain, make your' own bloody map!
