To get philosophical/metaphysical - There is only 1 Universe (by definition) and by definition it includes the infinite ! So therefore ONE is the greatest # (integer - as bespoken by the rules in post #1) .

(And No ! the above is not a mathematical proof of 'God" :) :)

I do not consider googleplex to be a number. Some "Scientist" ask his for your what to call the new number, and that's what the kid said. The kid is in the special class. :-$

I hereby inser a decimal point infront of all previous postings in this thread, and claim the highest number so far: 1.
