How about a map of the human inside/torso. You could have kidneys, brain, heart, bones, main muscles lungs etc. I cannot make it but i was just wondering if you thought this was a good idea

look back at previous threads. Do not think you are the first one to suggest this. Many people have suggested this, but nobody acts on it. I have always liked the idea, but i feel it is one of those things that just will never happen.

I thought of doing this actually, but with the outside of the body, as I thought it would be easier tbh.

Having 1 male and 1 female...

But after thinking about it, I would never actually play the map so scrapped the idea.

For the human body you could have each of the continents as one of the major organs - Use you original picture, but the organs more detailed.

Just the brain by itself would be a pretty cool map.

The previous human body thread seemed to be going for each system as a continent (circulation, respiration, digestion, etc.), but I think it would be more clear to go by area (head, chest, gut, right arm, left arm)... unless you can come up with some very clever graphics.

You could do the outside of the body; maybe use acupuncture or acupressure charts like:

But I think inside would be more cool (lets play operation!). Can pretend a bunch of viruses and bacteria and antibodies are fighting over the patient.

It would be pretty fun to play on a skeleton, I think. But if you want to do the whole human body, I would suggest a split approach like in the US map. Arteries or veins could be territories linking the major continents like the brain, upper chest(heart and lungs), and lower chest(liver, kidneys).

I'm pretty shitty on the PC for any kind of technical stuff - but I'd love to help, even with just advice or playtesting.

I would agree with the kupo666 that you could have each major organ as a continent. I've done a few Google image searches to find some organ pictures but they're not so good. If you take a medical dictionary (or Wikipedia!) we could make territory names in each of the organs. This way we could get quite a few territories in each organ, obviously more in the big organs than in the small ones (reflected in the reinforcement rates). I'm sure we could be a bit liberal in the position of the territories to get good borders and make it playable (lets face it I've not seen many doctors around here yet!).

I would miss out the limbs (as the previous picture did) and make arteries the links between continents (although a lot of the organs are close together so they could have touching borders.

first of all sorry i don't have a map yet but i'm at work and i can't do any image editing here. i'll post a map as soon as possible (if the idea is accepted and if it is possible)

now this map would be a virus game for 2 teams only.

one team is the defence system and the other is the virus.

the battle takes place in the human body.

the object of the game:
team defence system (imunitary sistem) must destroy the virus.
team virus must destroy the body.

whilst the gameplay for the imunitary system is rather common, the real trick comes for the virus. how do they destroy the body?
the body is divided into territories and continents (body parts).

let's say the virus team conquers the left arm (the bonuses count even if the territories are held by different members of the same team) they get the bonus and the left arm dissappears (the virus loses those territories because the limb is dead) but they do keep the bonus. so they must plan a carefull takeover of a continent because if they don't have territories outside that left arm they all die. the imunitary system has only 2 bonus continents brain and heart. the brain brings armies if it is held and the heart revives dead parts. once every 2 turns the heart restores a dead territory under the ownership of the imunitary system.

basicaly that's the idea.
now my only worry is that andy will come and say: "sorry mate that's not possible, the coding and bla bla bla..."
