Yes, I know...I took this league over at midseason a couple months ago and am just trying to push us into the playoffs and wrap it up. It's fun, but doubles games just take forever.

I almost always run 1 vs. 1 tourneys, so I'm used to getting in 2-3 games a week...this doubles thing is more like 1 game every 2 weeks.

Trust me, I'm doing my best to keep it moving...Week 14 games should be posted in the next day or two.

I may be looking to run an NFL doubles tourney in the fall for all interested. This was my first doubles tourney (taking over at midseason), but I think I've learned a few things to help things run faster in future doubles play.

The National Conference playoffs are now set...see bracket on front page. Tampa Bay gets the No. 1 seed with a 13-3 record. Orlando and Austin finished tied for 5th with 8-8 marks, but Austin gained the No. 5 spot based on a sweep of the season series between those teams.

Just one game still left in the regular season, but it will decide plenty in the American Conference playoffs. Look for a full playoff preview, including the AFC bracket, coming in a day or two. Wildcard games will be sent out at that time as well.

So San Jose falls to Arizona, bringing out record to 6-9 and Arizona's to 7-9 leaving me wondering where San Jose's last game is?

Correct...San Jose and Las Vegas are active in the final regular season game...that is the one that will determine the final seedings for the American Conference bracket.

Oh ha, I'm sorry I'm a dope. I have a lot of active games and thought the Arizona game was our last, your premature one game active comment kinda threw me off a bit too, it's cool tho. Well I'm hopeful then, it's looking like we will defeat Las Vegas.

Wildcard playoff matches will go out in a few minutes. San Jose edges Arizona for the No. 5 spot in the American Conference based on a slightly better division record (5-3 vs. 4-4).

Congrats to all the playoff teams and thanks to all who stuck it out through this long season, especially those like Utah (and Georgia) who struggled through a tough season.

I'd like to host another doubles tourney (NFL...perhaps) and have learned the ropes enough to keep it running much quicker next time...so look for it in the future.
