I don't know but lack has a lot of work to do. With all the lag and server upgrades and stuff.

Try PM'ing him although last time he just said idk and told me to check the ticket ID number under the help screen.

did you use the form?

o Name: You need a Usergroup name, think of something good.
o Description: You need something to describe your Usergroup to the outside world.
o Leader: You need a leader. Are you the leader?
o Members: You need to recruit at least 9 members (not including yourself).
o Patience: Don’t get frustrated if your application isn’t accepted in an hour.
