Just had a quick look at the remaining games and absolute worse case for TOP would be 24-17.

- Honestly, I can't express enough how awesome it is to be involved with such great people, and I don't mean just TOP.

- Keefie, BG, Caff, Josh, just to name a few who have commented here, And all the members of HH and TNC that TOP has encountered have shown more honor and integrity than the world knows.

I would like to compliment TNC member uyumaykimaw! Our players were no match for you on the Kings Court II games in both sets. RTR did manage a win in the last set, but you sir were a dominating force with these settings. You are also a consistently exceptional player in the other games we have faced you.

Congrats on your wins!

Actually....I don't think God is obnoxious, although I can see how some would perceive Him that way.

I believe He is often misunderstood! I also believe He is forgiving!

paul is pretty far from obnoxious, but he does have a rather 'particular' mode of expression. you ought to see our clan forum ;)

Congratulations Omega for the work put in to bring forth this victory!

To our opponents, we thank you for the well fought series. There is still everything to fight for in some games.

Cheers,

Perhaps he is, perhaps he isn't Either way that's the impression he gives and it makes playing a war against him rather unpleasant I imagine. Hell, watching it is painful.

- Well Caff., You got one thing right, playing a war against Paul is unpleasant when his opponents are fighting on their backs. It's not uncommon that people have green eyes, Paul is a very compassionate person who takes his role in life serious, great person/friend and Clan leader. You want some pain,?, Do a best 3/5 Antarctica's with him. And anything said against any Omega will be taken as a direct assault on Our Entire.

I know you have good intentions, and Paul does too, but that's not my point. The issue is posting every single win of the war, but bragging about how good each team is that wins a game is unnecessary. Good players are recognised, vocally or not, and the wins can be seen quite easily. So, whether it's designed to come across as arrogance or not, it does.

- Caff., I don't have to write that I think your a smart good guy who I enjoy reading all your C&A posts, but I will, I'm sure others feel the same, but I like to not only think it, I like to express it. Some may take what Paul says as "bragging", the truth is he's complimenting, and not just TOP and its members, he compliments those he feels deserves it. He keeps the forum alive & updated with compliments to both sides, and decent trash talk and humor is always good for anyone who comes here. Who wants a boring war discussion? Thanks though Caff, for helping keep this war chat alive and interesting. ")

I know that, but perhaps it could be done at the end of the war like most clans, rather than after every single win. If morale wants to be upheld that can easily be done via PM or in the private clan forum; that's what I do personally and I imagine most other clan leaders do too. Just offering friendly suggestions before someone gets really pissed off.

- What type of weakness would you call it that makes someone mad about anything said in this entire war thread? Freedom of decent expression and war banter is not bad if one(s) can handle it.

I don't think he missed your point kind sir. In fact, I believe he is quite on point! It is however a matter of perception! Each of us perceive things differently, based upon our own personal history and reference. Each of us have that right.

I will say this....I have not intended to insult or hurt anyone's feelings. I have meant to compliment and encourage our members! We all may have different ways and forums we feel are appropriate for this. I thought this war thread was exactly the appropriate place. I have also tried to compliment our opposition and respond to compliments and critique alike. If I have inadvertently hurt or offended anyone, I apologize.

Obnoxious is not how I would prefer to be perceived...but I cannot please everyone all the time. All I can do is be true to the values and ideals I hold dear. Again...if I have hurt or offended anyone, I am sincerely sorry.....it was not with intent!

Sincerely,

Paul
