Rage, SW is essentially claiming to be a doctor (can prevent kills) and not that he is a roleblocker (can prevent target actions). That is a counter-claim to JFM, so let's see what JFM has to say about it.

@Skoffin, why aren't you commenting on SW's post? And for the record, Blacky says that he believes mafia to have a message group independent of the game; he never said that he knew it to be true. I think you're acting well scummy.

Gotta say, I'm on the fence regarding JMF. I don't find it hard to believe that we would have two protective roles in a game this big. Especially, if there's a active/passive poisoner.

@Zabeast, are you trying to get everyone killed? You're voting JMF, you don't mind voting Tobi, and you seem to have no issue letting Blacky die. Do you think all of them are scum? That feels like a lot...

I believe you have greatly misunderstood what Strike was saying, Ragoo my man.

As I understood it:

* Strike is claiming that he picks a target, and that target will be protected from attacks (and he's claiming his role is essentially a CC to jm)
* Strike is stating for the record that he did NOT pick me N1, presumably he stated this before someone asked if he picked me due to me claiming that I survived an attack N1
* By extension of that he is theorising some possibilities, such as possibly a bus driver swapping his original target with me, as a potential explanation as to what happened.
We do not actually have anything to do with each other.

In any case, I'd appreciate it if you let Blacky explain his bizarre scumslip instead of you providing cover for him.
I'm not buying his or your reasoning for his comment.

Dakkys right. I am a doctor. I just misunderstood my role pm and thought I was a jailkeeper. Pretty much just misunderstood having a block action that went with the protective action. JFM pretty much claimed Doc yesterday (I'm assuming he just came up with the word attack to go with it being protective. Even if I am wrong here, I imagine it was a paraphrasing), so his claim appears identical to my role. I tried to get him to clarify to make sure but it was gonna take too much time to really press the issue with me only getting on once a day right now.

ZaBeast is right. Skoffi n and my role aren't related. We are only related because I know my action was successful in protecting someone and she claims someone tried to kill her, so I provided possibilities to explain how this could be when I didn't choose her as my target.

Poisoner being town seems less likely to me than scum or third party. I'm pretty sure I've seen it happen in a non-wacky balanced game, it's just not super commo n as a town role. Honestly it's not super common period but has popped up more often as a secondary mafia kill or a variation of a Serial Killer. If town/third party, it doesn't really have a bearing on Blacky's alignment. If scum, it would be indicative of Blacky being town. We can't prove the alignment of the poisoner and 3rd party to me seems as likely as any other option, this would really only be a very slight town tell for Blacky. I also don't see much reason for Blacky to lie about being poisoned at the moment so I am going forth on the assumption he is telling the truth.

If he is scum he could be lying about being poisoned to get the healer to focus on him instead of themselves. I'm not sure if the healer would be like dakky/jfm roleclaims that stop actions at night or if it's a different role completely. dakky and jfm, can you heal blacky?

Dakky and jfm, both protected at night, so they are potential lynches, no way to investigate them at night, unless someone has a day action. Some games do have day actions, so now I'm wondering if this one does. How would we go about figuring that out?
