I still don't give them a chance against Indy, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if they win.

More or less the same. However, they did step it up a bit from how they played last week so it's possible.

McNabb to the Foreskins???!

thegreekdog, what do you think about this? Can Kolb carry your team?

Also, old news, but LaDainian Tomlinson to the Jets!!! Look out NFL fans, the Jets are coming back in force next season!

I'm still confused about the McNabb trade. I really don't know what to think. Part of me thinks, "time for him to go." Another part of me thinks, "that's all we got?"

I can't wait for the next season. Of course I couldn't wait for the next season the day after the Super Bowl either.

How bizarre is it to give a pretty consistently good player to a division rival?

I second the excitement for next season.

Was quite bold of Andy to go with McScabbs wishes and send him to a division rival so they can play each other twice a year... I woulda sent his ass to Oakland.

I think Vick wins the starting spot there, Im not impressed with Kolb.

And I would be willing to bet that ol Snaky Shanahan drafts a QB with his pick in round 1 or 2 and has McScabb as a starter/mentor this next year.

Is it football season yet?

BTW, found out that Wyoming has no bye weeks next season, when they face Texas, BSU, TCU, Utah, and BYU within those first 7 weeks. That is one tough schedule. At least 3 top 10 teams, and 5-6 (Air Force may be in the top 25, as they certainly have the capability to do so) top 25 teams practically back to back.

I'm so glad that I don't have to see LT twice a year anymore. He was always a Bronco-killer.

I'm just afraid for the Quarterback situation. Quinn? Orton? *shivers*

Honestly? I hope Quinn gets the starting job. I'm not convinced he's a lost cause.

I second that pimpdave.

I don't think Reid traded McNabb to the Deadskins because he wanted to appease McNabb. I think that's the best offer they got. Part of me thinks they should have waiting until after the draft, when needing a QB becomes more urgent for a bunch of teams (there's no way Cleveland, San Fran, St. Louis, etc. draft an impact QB). I argued with my brother over this one because he thinks the Eagles needed to get a pick this year; I disagree. The Eagles hardly ever start rookies and the team is probably not going to make the playoffs next year.

On the Browns - are they keeping the 3-4?

f*ck, they were talking about the Broncos possibly not resigning Champ Bailey. I'll be pissed if they don't. I love Champ...he's been my favorite player since he first came to Denver.

I'm already getting excited about the upcoming football seasons. I'm looking forward to see if the Lions can make it back to being a mediocre team this year!

From, what I heard the two teams that are looking at TO are Washington and Seattle. The main obstacle for Washington is that they aren't sure if Donovan would be willing to work with him again. And for Seattle, they aren't sure the want the distraction, since they aren't really used to that sort of player. According to ESPN, both teams are going to wait until training camp starts to assess the health of their wide receivers (more important for WAS than for SEA, because SEA already has nothing at WR)

I thought we'd have a slight chance at the division, but now a Wild Card spot is looking more realistic.
