Based on the context clues (foreign accent, Sig Sauer pistol), I'm going to conclude that the gun kill was due to a Sker and not a vig. The American Military would use Colts or Berettas to the best of my knowledge.

Actually looked it up and Wikipedia says a Sig Sauer P229 is the standard gun of the NCIS. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naval_Crim ... ve_Service

Further research seems to show that this holds true for the show as well. SO...good shot vig.

That's unusual. I wouldn't expect saf to try and give fake flavour info. WIFOM.

I am forced to beleive Chuck. Mafia has lost their God Father. I do not see mafia sacrificing themselves to acuse someone whos role they do not know.

I will wait for jak to respond before voting. I also wish to know Chucks logic for outing himself on day two instead of building a strong case on Jak. Hind site is 20/20 I guess but it would have been smarter to watch how Jak plays for a bit longer. Now if Chuck is telling the truth he has exposed himself very early in the game.

I've never been a cop before so I debated what I should do.

I decided to come forward because I figured that with one mafia down and if we lynch another it would probably 12 town to 2 scum which is pretty good odds for town even if I'm killed tonight.

Well congrats, however I am not mafia. I'm 3rd party.

I'm FBI Agent T.C. Fornell. MY interest is in town winning 1.) because there's more town than mafia. 2.) because there's a player on the town's side that MUST survive in order for me to win. I will not give out that player's name but if he's outed I will protect him.

Chuck, you should have hinted lightly at it, not full out claimed. With this you will most likely die tonight from the mafia which is not good for us.

Feel free to lynch me if you're gonna jump the gun, however my interest is in town winning, so you'd lose an ally.

According to this...

http://www.ncisfanwiki.com/page/Tobias+Fornell

Gibbs and Formell are friends. I don't see why he would come up guilty even if he is 3rd party.

"As this happened, a dark, foreign figure watched from a yard a few houses away. Smiling as he knew there was nothing she could do. Just then, he felt the barrel of a SIG-Sauer P228 press against the base of his neck. "Goodbye," said a deep, slightly accented voice as he pulled the trigger. He looked up to an explosion a few houses away and realized that it was his victim's handiwork. He sprinted through a few yards to the next street over and hopped on a blue Vespa PX 200 and hurried away."

The scene says "He" but Ziva is the only likely person I can think of who would have an accent on the show and carry a gun at least on town's side...

Aye, you found the character I must keep alive. Gibbs is obviously town, so my side is with town. I don't see why neither but the win condition makes sense.

Why would you come up scum then?

Chuck it is "scum", or "guilty" correct?

Could be a fakeclaim. It hard to say. And claiming that chuck will now die is quite a statement, seeing as how we have yet to lose our doc. A little suspicious if you ask me.

Can anyone tell me more about this character? Is he guaranteed in this game or is he just a minor character?

That still doesn't answer how prevalent he is in the series.

Some seasons he is very prevalent, and others not so much. Normally it is when Gibbs steps on the FBI's toes. Though sometimes I have seen Gibbs call Fornell to get some "unofficial, off the record" info. So Ziva, why did you decide to investigate jak last night?

I agree. Also, if chuck is claiming Ziva AND being a cop, that means that Ziva was not the one who shot.

If the Sig Sauer is the sidearm of choice, then disregard what I said. Having not watched the show and watching too many episodes of Top Shot, I assumed they would use another make.

Not sure how accurate NCIS the TV show is, but according to Wikipedia, the real NCIS uses the P229 or the P239, not the P228.

Final note. Abby was an investigator and chuck is claiming an investigative role. How many cops do we think we have? Or is an investigator different?
