one small annoyance (as distinct from problem) with the left menu hidden if you are using clickable maps and you are clicking a terr. on the left hand side of the map the menu keeps getting in the way. I noticed this earlier on a might game when i was deploying on Ghyr.
Also a small problem i have on my laptop and i suspect others have similar problems - the contols for my web camare hidden to the left as well so when i move over my mouse to get my menu this control also peeks out - i know this fits into the category of suck it up cupcake.
Don't now why people on here don't like being cooks, remember under siege: A former SEAL, now cook, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they sieze control of a US Navy battleship.

You got it - as the menu is on the left - that's the only place I can put it at the moment - without major rework...

Great script yeti, i'm just having one small problem with it. When I play Conquer Man, it freezes up and firefox gives me a "stop script/or continue" box thing...I don't know if it is possible to fix the script to be compatible with the map...it might just be a map thing.

The XML for C-man is too huge - keep clicking continue and it will come right - when the latest XML code is done - this problem will be solved.
FIXED :
Made some options site wide (Hide Menu, Help/Info & Upgrade Notification)
Reworded Confirmation Notifications.
Some general house keeping - i.e. moving of functions and stuff to more logical places (the script was looking a mess!!)

FIXED : Small bug with site options when user not logged in.

This is because I've not updated the support script - this is so that I can wait til the update has been widely accepted before I prompt people to upgrade.

I think that is a good plan... as long as you remember to update the support script of course.

Oh. Perhaps I shouldn't pay attention to the forums so often.

For those of you who don't care for the forum view (like me, I like to have my menu hidden in game and visible in the forum) just follow these instructions:
Go to "Tools" and then to "Greasemonkey -> Manage Userscripts". A new window will pop up and and look for "Conquer Club - BOB" on the left. Select that and look to your right, you should see "Included Pages", just select the page that it says ("*conquerclub.com*" or something like that), click on it and then click "Edit...". Replace that URL with this one:
*conquerclub.com/game.php?*
And ta da! It will only work in your games now.
In heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine... You got your things, and I've got mine.

That will work...
However - in the *near* future I will release a version that allows you to have just game/site/off settings for the hide menu!

Frop wrote:Is it possible to make the army offsets a global value? I need to align each and every map and I can't think of any reason why there would be people who align every map differently (after all the alignment problems seem to be related to the size of your browser window and are not map dependent). At least it would save me some trouble since I uninstall any previous versions including the settings before each update.
Possibly... but the problem is width dependant - if you grab the right of your browser and make it smaller - the numbers come in and out slightly - I bet if you went for a smaller map - then it would be different?! C.
You are right that the overlay shifts about if you make your browser window smaller or larger. However in my case I only play maximized and consequently the overlay needs to be aligned -1 pixels to the left, no matter which map I'm playing (and I've played almost all of them).
Oh, the new version seems to work just fine by the way.
