Sully, does have a habit of fakeclaiming his role, and FTR he didn't in the first Official game, slightly off topic there. But what guarantee is the parrot town. He could be mafia and peck his target to death. And I've never seen a pirate film where the parrot rumbles the killers (I haven't seen many pirate films) but the point is the how is a swab scummy. He's just a low-ranked sailor. He could have very easily being VT and therefore the parrot could very easily be scum. If VS flips scum look into these two guys.

You say our posts are scummy for clearing a parrot and you post to look into me and sparacus if he flips scum? God the mafia must love you so much (if you arent mafia yourself). If you arent mafia, then they are laughing till they cry right now that you are seriously trying to say there would be 5 members of the mafia in a 16 player game. You obviously dont realize how funny this is considering we made 1-3 contradicting posts and all of a sudden we are scum, just because we defend a case. I am somewhat talking for spartacus here just because I may as well clear myself which would in turn clear him of your accusation.

Where in that post did I say VS was not the parrot. I only he said he might not be town. I only said he could be an amesnaic watcher and he could tell the result until his owner. Anyhow until he fully claims, I'm not shifting my vote (unless someone drops a clanger).

Hmm, a little prickly there jonty! Have another read of what you and I said. I never said that you said that VS was not the parrot. What I said was the no one had counter-claimed that role. And yes, I know you think that he "might not be town" or you wouldn't vote for him now would you! But even that phrase "might not be town" is rather odd. IMHO you'd only vote for him if you thought he was not town. I think he is town or a third party harmless non-threatening entity to townfolk. That's why I am not voting for VS. I'll ignorethe prickliness but I can't overlook the scumminess - so my vote stays on you.

When you said there'd been no counter-claim, I felt you were trying to tell me VS is definitely the parrot (which I will agree with). And I'm voting him for pressure @ L-2 so we get a full claim. If you had told me a swab was in game, I'd have guessed VT, not Mafia Framer so we need a full claim from VS so if's he bluffing his role could be counter-claimed rather than his name.

I haven't been able to see much to add besides trying to get more info lately here. So hopefully we can get something. I've been getting sick in the bathroom pretty much for the past 3 days (ARGH, damn sea sickness :3). So I'll check back later tonight to see if we have something clear to do. Deadline is tomorrow boys, so either a new case comes up or we make the decision which seems to me to be floating around Sully and Hippo. Which I do have to say, Hippo you've skimmed a lot of it.

Also to Sully, if you're not lynched today, I want you to contribute a bit more to it. I'm not looking for you to go all out on it, just at least get some hints or suggestions in for a case or something along those lines. Alright?

Actually clever, I am guilty as charged! Obviously tired and I was responding to ghostly with what I meant to say to jonty - a bit obvious though because I voted jonty not ghostly! That'll teach me to post when tired!! So that's why all the confusion. My fault!! Sorry ghostly!

May be fooloish on my part but Im going to let this one slide because I can recall just 4 hours ago I was awake about to pass out because of a pill I took to unclog my nose. Here I am responding after my nap .

I would say go inactive hunting but there are too many of them. I guess we wait and see what tomorrow brings, and go from there. Unless someone else has a case.

Before I change my vote to one of the inactives, I think that new guy1 had been the most inactive besides Tee Gee who is dealing with floods. What do you all think? Or we could pressure the parrot to give up more info.

Well I will Unvote.

I just have a few final words about VS. ghost is right, there is no way that we can clear the parrot based on the fact that it is a parrot. The funny thing about mutiny is that the mutinous bastards a) people inside the ship b) where you least expect them. The ENTIRE point of mutiny is that people aren't supposed to expect it. If it was obvious WHO on our ship would revolt, the captain would've made them walk the deck ages ago, and there would be no mutiny.

Second, sully is correct that the case on him is pretty much empty. In a game with better leads, or more experienced players, that case would not have gone down. If you read back a few pages, I asked sully to give us the next case since he was the current BW target. Last time I did that, nark flipped on me. In any case, even though it is a weak case, it was still a valid one, and my fos is directed at the parrot.

Yeah, kinda my play style ya know

All jokes aside, I know I have neglected this game. Most of the times I just go through and read it. If I werent able to read it I would most likely ask for a replacement, but until that happens you gotta put up with me . I mostly did not post just cause everything that could be said about Sully's role was said and I didnt want to pop in just so that someone could say "hes adding nothing, must be hiding in plain sight" type deal. Either way, I do not think that the parrot is scummy, as I dont see it doing any harm... whats it going to do? Jab your eyes out? I see it more as a snitch role or something like that (although Ive never been in a game with one, it could happen). It could also be a watcher or a tracker (in other words it watches someone and if something happens to them then it will report it to the captain or something along those lines).

Also, I seem to have forgotten, Crazy was the doctor/mason. Do we know who the mason partner to him is?
