From the Earth to the Moon tells the story of the president of a post-American Civil War gun club in Baltimore, his rival, a Philadelphia maker of armor, and a Frenchman, who build an enormous sky-facing Columbiad space gun and launch themselves in a projectile/spaceship to the Moon.

The map played is USA, and the bonus is for holding BOTH Maryland and Pennsylvania for 3 rounds. I interpret this to mean that you must hold both Maryland and Pennsylvania simultaneously. All other rules of the special bonuses still apply. Normally I try to put a description of the bonus in the game label, but in this case it was just too long, so the game label just says to look in the tournament thread.

I made a minor switch here. Since this game has four freemiums in it, and three of the four had freed up a slot for it, I put in Pilot16 (who had a slot available now) instead of davetso(who didn't.) When davetso frees up his slot he will go into 9303793.

Well, so far so good. All but one of the Iceland games started with no drama. [player]opposites.[/player] was the only player that couldn't accept his invite, but this is not his fault, it's because of the Nordic Nations game that was restarted.

The Nordic Nations games going fairly slow, but the games on the much smaller Iceland map seem to be going much faster. We may be finished with Map 2 before we finish with Map 1.

Not yet. It's on my to-do list for the next week or so.

Very few of the round 2 games are finished, so I haven't been rushing with it.

Okay I'll try to get those started in the next couple days. Looks like all the Iceland games are ending quickly, and even many of the Nordic games have finally started ending.

The biggest problem is I still have to sit down and finally finish the spreadsheed for the scores.

Unfortunately they're too large to upload directly to CC and hosting the images on photobucket makes the resolution too poor to read, so I'm going to have to work on the technical details of how to actually make them visible.
