how old are you army? At i would say if your feeling like shit stay away form drugs or alchool they should only be used when in a good mood or as it is a HELL of a lot easy to get addicted if you start useing it as a cruch. trust me talk to one of my good firends who went from booze to pot all the way to meth and is still on it.

To be honest I wouldn't recommend it as a way of relieving stress or depression etc. that's how people become alcoholics. if you start drinking do it as something recreational not as an escape.

I'm not in a tunnel.

I'm in a hole where the top has been covered and I can't seem to get out. I know that if I start digging, I might have a chance at escaping. But I'm afraid that if I DO start digging, that all the dirt and shit will just collapse on to me and I'll be even more helpless than before.

I know I am most likely going to get struck down by lightning for saying this but...I didn't really like The Good, The Bad And The Ugly...I did like the end of it though. On top of Tombstone, you should also watch Unforgiven starring Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman.

Seeing as I am still alive and haven't been struck by lightning. does anybody here watch the Showtime series Dexter? I think it's great though I can't seem to resist the urge of humming the Dexter's Laboratory theme when it's on.

life is made up of options and risks my friend. you can never get to feel better with out taking a little risk. and yes its always possible to fail but remember if we fail it gives us that much strength to push back and come out on top. and even when all looks lost. just remember that there are still good things that happen.
