That's where you're wrong The challenging part is a very strategic process. Like Andrew said: "You snooze, you lose". Timing is everything.

2:10 am and I am major finally and can challenge again--I think I just defended my challenge against Dbandit--I will check and post.
Man it has been a tough road 2002 points--yippee--Culs can verify as well

Yes I did win 5352022 and 5352020 so I will now challenge:
I will edit as I need to check who is available
OK I will have to check back--looks like everyone is in some challenge--I think Remi defended his challenge but does not look available at the moment.

I updated everything HLA, even though various players did NOT report their wins

As far as I know there is 24 hour wait period between the challanges of the same person, but otherwise i think it should be cool...
EDIT Actually you are right, sorry:
6.- You can only play the same player again after one of the two have played a game with another player.

So I have a question on non-reporting. If we want to check and see that the games are over and it has been 24 hours can we challenge them?
Is there a penalty for not reporting as soon as a match is final?
Just wondering on these?

You can do what I do and check everything to make sure a challenge is valid. If it is, you can go ahead and challenge. Unfortunately I cannot update everything 24/7, so you may need to do your own research now and then. When you wanted to challenge you could have challenged Remi, even though nobody reported that game as finished.
There is no set punishment for not reporting. However, if you don't report a win, I will generally not take the 24 hr. break into account. There is also this note in the rules section:
"Note: For me to be able to update you have to post everything (except passwords) in this forum thread. Failure to do so will make things very difficult for me and may be rewarded with unpleasant measures."
In other words: If somebody repeatedly prevents the smooth going of the tourney by not reporting wins, I may very well apply some kind of sanction.
I hope that answers your question.
