Actually if anyone's in the area, we will be having one on Memorial Day weekend. Most guests will be younger than me (most of the world is, apart from bk barunt), but older than most ccers.

In other, and very pleasing news, the curlson's friend that ran away has been found, and is home. I look forward to details.

That's good...my sister actually used to pretend to run away when we were young not understanding the seriousness...I remember how concerned my parents got a couple of times before they found her in the treehouse. of course eventually they learned that she never ran away so they'd let her spend the night in the tree house to calm down before she decided she didn't want to stay out in the cold any longer...but long story short it's an awful feeling for that to happen within a family.

I hope we get to know more about what happened - this is not just some guy the curlson goes to school with - he often eats here, sleeps over, comes round to do homework (read, play xbox as soon as dad leaves the room, with the curlson etc. They just started playing lacrosse which is new to both of them - they are very close. We were all upset over this, and I hope the outcome is happy. We'd just got to the point of seeing posters about him all around town.
