And is thgere one more round of events or this was last? Dates for final events are not updated in Spreadsheet that is why I ask.

The original schedule was to get all 12 Sets of events out within 12 months, I'm still on schedule and down to 2 Sets, I'm waiting since Monday all team leaders to send me the Set #11 so I can launch it hopefully next weekend, then we will be down to the last Set to go out in March (for recall the 1st set was launched April 4th).

There is 53 medal ceremonies left (we roughly had a third completed as of today), I have as of right now several event that are in the final stage and should complete this month and/or in March, my hope was to be at more than 50% of Gold medal awarded before the last set will go out, with this I think I'm also within schedule.
