If a player is routinely abusing other players, that goes beyond the "foe and move on" standpoint. If I foe someone for abusive behavior, that fixes that one individual from MY perspective, but if their behavior is routine, then my foe'ing the person doesn't impact the negative effect that one individual is having on the site in a larger sense. Those cases require a more comprehensive fix (I'm not saying this is one necessarily, but there is definitely a place for it).

There's really no reason why Jeff couldn't simply change his password. Max wouldn't have been able to remain logged into the account if the administrators at Conquer Club simply coordinated a time with Jeff (via email, rather than PM) to make sure that the account was "kicked off" and have Jeff log in and change the password. A fairly simple fix, really.

So the admins were lazy. They've got a bunch of other things to worry about on here, and Fred was a simple fix to Jeff's problem. Either way, they made their decision, and that's that. they'll make their decision on this to, and that will be that.

This forum is turning into a cry baby meeting place rather than a useful forum. "Preys on weaker players..." when you are near the top, most players are weaker, hell I'm just a lowly ranked major, I consider it been beaten by a more skilled player rather than been preyed on. Firstly, Fred or whatever his name is, was my teammate & blamed me when another teammate died in a 4 v 4 game, when anyone could have dropped to save him... he tried to BULLY me coz i was the lowest ranking in the team.
It was the "same bullying" with jefjef against xxgatorxx. i stood up for my teammate, xxgatorxx. i have nothing against jefjef...
As for my PM to jefjef, you should read jefjef's "interests" on his wall & rude PMs, before passing judgement.

We took into account FredVIII's past history, as usual. He was on a Permanent Live Chat Vacation, a hold over Permanent Forum Vacation, and had received numerous Warnings and Vacations as well.
