They called Gogen Yamaguchi "The Cat" because he walked so quietly that he'd often surprise them by correcting their techniques when they swore that only a moment before he was across the room with another student.
A little more useful knowledge: The trick is to kick the master sharply to the shin....Then the pebble it much easier to snatch.
