Maybe something about letting your opponent build their territory bonus up whilst going for a bonus yourself ?
I see so many cooks do just that - it springs to some peoples minds that a bonus will win the game for them...
I like the idea of this thread

EDIT - Allow me to make this post more clear :
Many of the cooks, cadets etc I have played (particularly in 1 vs 1 games) allow me to take scores of regions because they have fortified all of their troops to take one, possibly weak, bonus.

I like it and i also see that. So maybe the rule should be "stay on the attack as much as possible"
what do you think?
