Nope, don't think that would be such a good idea Blitzy, you would be handing them out to all and sundry if you did that. Just the one for self aggrandisment will do. That way you get another shiny gong.

I think it is a great idea actually Blitz...however, if it was me offering up the suggestion, I would have said, only players with names that have one letter less than 10, starting with an F and ending in an E could qualify.

But, with that said, I don't think your suggestion doesn't hold water. Just a platinum for 1000 games would do it. Complement that with specific category scoreboards (for each game type and map type showing no games/wins/losses/ratio - I don't think calculating a score could be done outside the regular scoreboard) and there's something for everyone out there.

well, if bronze is worth 1, silver 2, gold, 3, platinum 4, diamond 5 and gold is the max right now at 3, then you would add 2 medals to each of yours, so for example jr would obtain an extra 6 medals if lack agrees to add platinum and diamond status.

Interesting. But then we would have what? Potentially 100+ medals attached to peoples' profiles. I like the idea, but maybe then the whole medal things would have to be placed in a sub-folder or so.

Well victory achievement medal its same like other medals,you get 3(bronze silver gold-one medal who change colour) Unique map achievement medal,its possible to have 88-map numbers,but its question who can get these,because for Gold in Classic you must have 400 victories defeating 800 unique(rule is say-2 unique oponent per one game) oponent,now these is hard task,and you can not say that will now everyone start geting these medals.

Current Problems: (a) Minor inconvenience of the "No posting porn" rules, but that shouldn't be too difficult to change, (b) proving that the woman in question was an administrator's mother, (c) laws about statutory rape.

I like this idea alot, but if we impliment then we wont have them visible in the forums, as they will not fit but i would 100% love to see this! it would force me to get better at other maps

medals for victory in clan battles....one for each participating member of the clan fight! i guess these would be similar to the map/tourney/special contribution medals, and would be a nice way of noting the top clan war players!
if someone already suggested this, please forgive

i think they would stick with same format meaning bronze is 20, silver 100, gold 400
but they could add platinum 700, diamond 1000 and this would apply to every map
although I'd make gold 300, platinum 500, diamond 1000

hmmm, you mean there aren't that many people in clans and participating in battles? i'd think it's a fair number.....
on the other hand, if CC did implement this, it would probably spur a lot more clan battles, which would be very very cool
