Not yet. It is still possible that Austria, Poland and Croatia end in a 3-way tie for 1st place in which case there will be a play-off series to determine which 2 countries go on to the quarterfinals. But that only happens when Poland loses it's remaining 3 games and you lose your last game. In all other cases Austria qualifies for the quarterfinals.

All 8 quarterfinalists are known now. Only thing that has to be decided is who wins group C. If Netherlands win their last game they win group C. If they lose that game there will be a play-off between Netherlands and Italy to determine who wins the group.
