would this not be the time for dc to say something?wait!he did!,and dc I am not ganging up on him at all,just defending myself,when something like this comes up you have to do one of two things 1. face it head on and risk everyone turning on you and you sounding like a total ass because you are protesting/defending yourself too much
2. You say nothing and everyone thinks you are guilty because you said nothing so there is all the assuming if you dont speak up at all

erm, ok. I don't give a f*ck about your clan ignoring or anyone elses. This isnt a popularity contest. Plenty of people I've played in here know I wouldnt post this lightly.

And for your information, I wasn't actually 'losing'. Its not like I was killed and then came in here flaming. I could have still went on for a long long time in that game, still could... but why waste my time ? I suicided my own players on my last turn cos im leaving that game. so you're wrong aren't you, you tit. that seems about your level of intelligence.

i partially agree with you. FP is an honorable player and so is dixie from the games i have played against her. unfortunately, no matter who the person is, they still need to go through the process to be cleared. we can't start making exceptions for the people who have been here the longest or best known in the community.

Of course this needs to be checked, but there is no way they are cheating. They are building up their own armies and not wasting their armies by ganging up on each other.

yeah, this accusation seems to have no real basis in logic, i am sure that once the mods look into it they will be cleared quickly.

hairingtons: I understand how it feels to be suspicious of someone in situations like this. Fireside Poet is certainly not above the law on this site, and neither is anyone else. However with the case at hand, I find it hard to deem this a secret alliance. Games like that are often a psychological battle (I know you know this) so perhaps you just did something to get on their bad side.

In any case dcowboys said that he thinks they are innocent, so the opinion is split between players in the game. You said yourself you didn't expect anything to come out of this allegation, and for now nothing will. But it is still good for you to report your suspicions (even of staff members). If other users had the same suspicion they could post additional evidence and possibly a different conclusion would be reached. There's nothing wrong with getting something off of your chest if you feel it is important.

Hopefully this is indeed just an isolated instance where you weren't happy with their attacks (since you were on the receiving end). I will mark this as noted and hopefully everyone is able to forgive and forget. I hate to see tension between some of the oldest vets!
