Not really. They pretty much ripped their shit off of Metallica. Not to mention that Dave Mustaine was a crazy drunk.

I see no resemblance of pretty much the entire Rust In Peace album to Metallica, except the chords in the intro of Hangar 18. Same with the Peace Sells...But Who's Buying? album. Those are the only two albums I have so I can't comment on any others. Also, Dave wasn't always drunk

Guys, I know most of you have done this but, for those of you who haven't, when you post a song, please provide a link for it. Thanks! :)

some pretty good songs, though there are a lot of songs, I like equalilly, I don't really have much for favorites. ;) A lot of Metallica, Megadeth, GnR, Pink Floyd, Blue Oyster, Helloween, Moltey Crue and so on songs on there.

One song that comes to mind is Helloween's Dark Ride, but the only video a live version. :( Too bad they aren't that well known.

That had a lot of avatars from members here.

Bonham was quoted as saying, he realised they were famous when he heard someone singing 'the Ocean' from a couple of stalls over in the men's room.

Coincidental. I tried to find the album version for every song, and that was the first video I saw with it. Good song, though.

It was ok to watch because of all the bizare imagery. I'm watching 'Dread Zepllelin' clips now. Too fun, even plant likes them.
