That's the only one that matters. I can't stand her, wouldn't even do her, but i would vote for her on that alone. We are the only industrialized nation that doesn't have it, and we have a bunch of selfish yuppies who would rather have the poor suffer with no hospitalization, than take a chance on their health care being in the least bit compromised.

That's a poor reason to say no.

If you make over a certain amount per year then having it is kinda pointless. Selfish, oh yes. Expediant, very much so. Right? No way in hell! I'm not in favor of nationalizing the entire health industry, but at least a half-and-half system. At least cover the basics like immunizations and maybe even work-related accidents. Yes, a NHS would be nice. As would better education and law enforcement. But if we could also keep the budget for carriers, then I think that even my friend Hunter would be happy. Or at least content.

Come on jay, you can't be that ignorant of history. The history of the Roman Catholic Church is far bloodier than that of Islam - never heard of the inquisitions? The crusades? The protestants too had their go at it when they were in the majority - John Calvin was referred to as "The Pope of Geneva", and burned a Catholic doctor at the stake. How about America's justification for killing the Indians (pagan savages - if they won't convert, kill them)? The Salem witch hunts? Try starting a small home church in your city and see how the big churches respond - no they can't get aggressive with you, but if the law permitted . . .
Most of that is in violation of scripture, except for an obscure verse in the Old Testament about "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" and to burn them. And even then it's a tricky one to apply. The Koran says to kill the infidel without question. And I doubt if you took into account the recent deaths by Muslims in the Darfur, Indonesia and elsewhere, that the Catholics alone would outdo Islam.

Most of what you spout on these forums is in violation of scripture.

I hate her, I wish she was dead.
And while the Psycho-Muslims have killed about a million, maybe two... Psycho-Christians have killed tens of millions.
Psychotics are psychotics, the only difference is their excuse.
