you go on about over my over inflated list of games were we cheated, and there was none.

Then you say i cheated in close to 100 freestyle games.

WOW how full of shit are you, out of near 100 games ( I did search and i have only ever played 94 trips and quad freestyle games) and over a third of them were well before or after the C&A report and have nothing to do with that case,

you have even included Tournament Games and ones dating back to 2008.

And most of others, we did nothing wrong but join a game and play it like a skilled freestyle team with great tactics..... and how many times did we have to listen to you begging to get in on them???. how many times???
So if we were so bad why did you want in on them so bad?

And to all people saying that we cheated over 3 years ago so it not really matter, you may want to look when the last one was done, yep only 2 years ago, please get your facts correct if you have anything to post on this topic

no, the 2-3 games you listed after that week of cheating back in november 2011 are legit games are you are full of shit. I have already explained it and anyone looking at those games would see you are a lying ass.
Regarding the team freestyle unlimited: I just searched for smegal69 in team freestyle unlimited didn't look in details and I don't give a shit. You were the one who spent all your time with simmons4 playing them. I said it before. They require a great strategy and coordination and are very fun to play; so yes I did ask to try them with you guys and it was actually fun. You guys were playing that every night when we used to hang out on skype between clan members, so yeah, of course I wanted to try. I didn't play it at industrial levels as you guys; and I said we should stop doing that because they left no chance to the opposition. That's when you started hating me and started persecuting me with simmons.
Anyway I'm bored. had this conversation about 1 million times with you and you're still not over it. What's the point of discussing this again? we will never agree.

100%. I doubt there will be any punishment given. Maybe an official warning, though with the passing of time I wouldn't be shocked if all they do is Note this. When the infraction occurred does make a difference.

If someone is caught and forced to stop, that is one thing. But if someone is not caught, and decides on their own to stop, that is something completely different, and deserves some consideration.

If the infraction happened more than one isolated time
it should be looked at as multiple infractions (no matter what the time frame). I am an old man and through many years of experience Ive found that......
Once a cheat..... always a cheat (they just get better at hiding it). I believe there is more to this story than whats really been said. I am also not going to make judgement on these 2 in particular. This is just my own opinion.

Much like a reformed alcoholic or an ex-smoker, one is exonerated by displaying the virtues (eventually) of a non-abuser.

Well in certain areas of the world a trial may be decided by voting as in the case of a trial by one's peers. In other cases it may be decided by a magistrate or judge. As for the punishment, Conquer Club has guidelines for various offenses depending on the player's previous history and the degree of the offense. Both parties in this case have admitted to cheating in this case of 22 games over a period of about a week. Now both of the parties in this case may have achieved a reputation following the period of cheating but the offense still stands and that is what is to be decided. On a side note it is rather impressive that this topic has gotten so long.

Yah, it was harmless enough.
Most of the games only involved newbs and low ranking players that no longer play this game anymore.
They were not too deceitful in game chat either.
No real harm done, there are worse things than a cheat on a gaming site.
CC should stick to punishing 'questionable cheats;' those cheaters that make real progress (conquer) in the game.
betiko is a fake, CC should not punish one of their own...he is untouchable.

and sorry, this is nowhere near what blitz did (yes, i did detect the sarcasm)... they cheated for a week, blitz cheated for an entire career and used a multi in an effort to get back that top spot he so craved to validate his existence on the planet... love that guy, he was something else...
