makes it seem that no one uses pot and that when we legalize it more people will start.

If we were to legalize it, we can regulate it better then when it was illegal. I doubt very much that a lot more people will start smoking pot if it were legal...

Because it is already a "problem". People smoke weed even though it's illegal. People are going to keep smoking weed. Right now the government expends resources on trying to get people to stop smoking and selling weed. Make it legal, and suddenly:
1. The government controls it, so you know you aren't getting anything laced
2. The government is no longer expending those resources to try and stop people from smoking it
3. The government collects taxes on it, making them MORE money
4. The citizens are happy because now they can legally smoke
5. The police can then turn their attention to dealers of harsher drugs like cocaine and heroin.

The problem is that it's extremly easier to grow weed virtually anywhere (Even good quality weed). The "legal sellers" wouldn't stand a chance with those who chose to grow weed and sell, since they wouldn't be taxed. The solution to that problem would be... the Government having to waste resources to stop the illegal weed dealers. Plus, the Government would also start promoting the weed sold by the legalzied sellers and try to convice the public that the illegal weed is of low quality and laced.
Not to mention that smoke pot would no longer be "cool", since you'd be able to smoke it in public, and going to dark/hidden/etc. places would look utterly pointless.

Fixed. The majority of the adults and senior are radically against any kind of drugs.

The war on drugs is such a waste of money...

Right an 1/8th (3.5 grams) cost 50-70$ (KB). Its expensive.
Mass produced weed could be sold like ciggarettes and for the price of ciggarettes.

I only believe it's okay for medicinal purposes.

I hate to break it to you, but the majority of the adults that I know and talk to on a regular basis are tokers. Sorry, but your stereotype kinda falls off when you realize that adults like pot just as much as teens do.
