[Site] Live CC Clock on the Top Right of Each Page

But let's say two teammates are discussing a turn and one has to leave. "I'll be back at 5PM tomorrow"...what does that mean if that person lives in China and another lives in France? A live CC clock will helps this. "I'll be back at 22:00 CC on 6/7."

I made a suggestion like this years ago, still for the life of me can't figure out why it hasn't been implemented yet. We need this!

And keep in mind, a huge point of this suggestion is that it is very easy to implement (at least that's what I think...I feel like it's very similar to just sticking an image on the page). The amount of good this will do compared to the amount of work of having to do it is near-infinite.

Not to mention it has absolutely no negative effects whatsoever. If you can stick flashing red "new" and "upgrade now" stickers all over my page than this could be accomplished in an hours work if not far less. And let me just say it again, as a longterm member of CC who lives on the opposite side of the world of most of the rest of my friends here, this would make my life so much easier!

Having your local timezone at the top of the forum isn't exactly helpful, if it's not the same time for someone else.

A general, handy timeframe that ANYONE can follow would make tournaments/chat/whatever easier to organize.
