I added some conditions to avoid problems arising if team captains start slacking. Teams can, as listed, vote in a new team captain.

Looks like that's all the reserves we're going to get. Marking this as full.

I want to be clear of everything as I'm the captain so I'd like to ask about... salvos? Does team captain post the 4 attacks in public topic or sends a message to you? And well, that's it actually

Once I get all the ship configurations, we'll start the first salvo. I'll probably have captains post attacks/defenses in the topic, so people can keep up with things.
I just realized that I have the distinct advantage of knowing where all the ships are.
lol It didn't even cross my mind until just now. I don't think it will be an issue, because I am not a captain. I will also not help my team's captain with any decisions. If that is not acceptable to the rest of the players, I will gracefully bow out and let someone else take my place.
