it's clear that all teams will play 4 games, so the results would be only 4-0 or 3-1 or 2-2 .. which would be a bit not suit for all results in football tournaments, so in case for a fun scorelines , i would suggest this one

a) any game takes more than 15 or 20 rounds counts ZERO Goal in score line ( or depends which average of rounds takes Africa game in Qua. game ) , this could let some people using tactics to play defensive and wasting the opponent time in case to take a draw ( point ) or keep their lead. This is def. would be good for those Italian people and open 0-0 , 1-0, 1-1, 2-1 scorelines

b) how to decide the winner in extra time ? for sure 1 CC for each half, if the game didn't decided, so penalty kicks would be another CC game ( and no limit rounds there ! )
