Did you completely skim my response to tails? I said the difference between an inactive and an active submariner (lurker) was whether or not they respond by posting. Until they do post, I consider them an inactive. When ckyrias posted, he no longer was inactive. Since he has gone silent since then, he is now lurking. And that's scummier than being inactive.

What we have many complications (like OVER 9000!) or many female dogs (like OVER 9000!) am I missing the point of this PR?
