How so?
Sooner was better than later, and I thought Day 1 was too soon.

I do somewhat see Victor's point here. If he believes himself to be a miller, he'd certainly want to get that self-suspicion out in the open to prevent any bad happenings. That said, the unprompted claim still is and will remain strange. I don't think it's lynch material but may be something worth pointing to if something lynch-worthy does come up against Victor.

Sorry, I was missing for about four days due to internet issues.
I've been slightly lost in this game, I have no idea about flavor and such for the theme, but it does seem like a good strategy for scum, We do know that the mafia has been given fakeclaims by the mod, if one received a claim for a miller then it might make sense to put it out in the open right away, it definitely sounds more believable than claiming so after the fact of investigation when everyone is already riled up and will probably just say "best worst case scenario" and lynch them anyways.

Humh, didn't think of that...

Five day deadline due to the game having slowed down.

Ehm, I guess Victor is the only even viable lead at this point. The question is is there enough to lynch and do we even want to?
Although /'s point about millers is well taken.
Victor, if you haven't said it already, what exactly does a Town Dandy DO?

Nothing, that I'm aware

Given that it's not the typical "Vanilla" title that one would suspect, I think there is something that I'm unaware of, and given the flavor of my PM, I'd say it's not good, thus why I role-claimed Day 2. I knew it would cause suspicion, but I figured it was best to take the precaution of claiming sooner than later.

Okay. I finished rereading..so...I apparently misread victor's initial claim...

I had thought for some reason he had claimed hated townie...I see now it was mixed up speculation on his part to assume he was hated or disliked.
I honestly still get lost with some of the flavor spec on day 1 even though I've seen the season now.
There were some interesting things that popped up but it will take a bit longer to organize any case.

We cannot afford a NL on D3. BG is our best bet IMO, Victor's logic checks out well enough for me for now.
@kwanton
you said you found Strike and Haggis scummy. If you want to make a case now is the time, otherwise tomorrow (24hrs from now) I am going to push for a BG lynch.

Dead:
Safariguy5-Varys-Master of Whisperers was lynched day 1
]naxus-Tyrion Lannister-The Imp was killed night 1
Talapus-Gregor Clegane(The Mountain that Rides)-Serial killer was killed night 1
jonty-Sansa-Betrothed Queen and Roleblocker was lynched day 2
Chapcrap-Joffrey- Future King of Westeros has been killed was killed night 2
Nagerous-Cersei-Queen-Roleblocker has been killed night 2
Dazerazer-Catelyn Stark-Jack of All trades(Mother) has been killed night 2
Just bringing this up to the front so everyone knows what is going on so far. As you can tell that Illiad had used multiple colours as well with the people that have died. Well red for scum, blue for town and grey for third party fraction or fractions.
I would like to hear the other cases as well.

victor's claim still doesn't sit well with me. Its just a little fishy. But I don't really have anything to convict him on, so I will back off.
The case on BG is WIFOM-y and weak. I don't think thats a lead we should be pursuing.
I'm a little suspicious of PCM and Rodion at the moment due to chapcraps last post:
chapcrap wrote:pancakemix wrote:Don't buy it. Vote Jonty
Kinda wishing Saf was alive atm...
Have to agree. Doesn't seem real to me.
unvote vote jonty
He jumped on the wagon after those two, and he was revealed to be scum. From what I've seen, chap is rarely a strong leader or a go-getter. It might be that he felt encouraged to wagon once he saw his mates hop on.
I admit its purely speculation, but its something I'm thinking about.

Not a bad thought, I do agree with you on your opinion of Chap. It is only a 50/50 chance, even if you are right however. Lest see if we can dig up anything on either of them.

So...having reevaluated it...I don't really know what to make of the victor claim. It's rather haphazard but it seems even more haphazard if it was a scum claim. On the same hand though nag had been somewhat passive from what I observed up to that point (he was active but didn't put much effort into forming cases) so I could see it as a scummate seeing his buddy slip up on a claim and being proactive to make himself look pro town.
As far as what was pointed out as far as rodion/pancake being connected to chap. I'm not sure I buy it. The speculation there but I haven't really picked up on any scum vibes from Pancake so if I was to pressure either one it would have to be rody. He was critical of safari day 1 and suggested a doc/watcher maybe visit him so that could be a ploy to direct the doc away from protecting townies...
Rodion wrote:Vote Jonty. If anyone has a good reason to explain why Chap was not blocked (like a busdriver or Chap perhaps saying he did not attempt a night action to begin with), now's the time to come forward.
Then there was this post which sticks out a bit like he was aware that maybe chap as scum had misplayed his part by stating so clearly that he hadn't been blocked and looking for anything that could sway that opinion. Add maybe a bit of role fishing.
Still even added together tthe rodion case seems mediocre at best.

This is going nowhere fast. I agree with Strike, no scummy vibes from PCM. Few "vibes" rodion, but he did try to direct the protective and investigative abilities N1. That combined with the accusation of leading the scum vote leave him as our best target. We have little time, if we are going to act today we must do it quickly, Unvote Vote Rodion.

Let me stop this right before the wagon gets steam. Yes, I know it's extremely scummy to appear when people start voting on you, but I don't really care because my claim is too strong to let me die.

Alright, let's spice things up.
I think I can instantly clear 2 (or 1 depending on how you count) people + give everyone some precious insight on the game.
Here's the catch: I might need help later on to achieve something and I expect you to help me if I do ask.
So, basically, you meta-promise that you will help me on the future if I ask you to and I'll answer anything you ask me to the best of my knowledge.
Haggis_McMutton wrote:By "meta-promise" I mean promise as the player safariguy and not the role "the spider". I mean the kind of promise strike made to edoc when he said he'd hammer mandy in PotC. You can lie if you really want, but I'd never trust that kind of promise from you in any game ever again. Seeing as my plan isn't really detrimental to you, if you meta-promised you'd do it, I'd believe you.
Don't really know if the rest of town would buy it as well though.

So long as it doesn't prevent me from winning I see no issue. This sounds like me from POTC

Yes, I've just read part of that game today to see whether Strike was a stand-up guy or not.
It's possible (perhaps even likely) that I will not need anything in the future. I hope. I just want to know that people will help me if I need.
You can ask your questions away.

It sounds like your role may require someone to be lynched? Perhaps a character you don't think you could lynch without people's agreed help?
