Global warming. I have never, ever, heard anyone use volcanoes as an argument against the facts of climate change.
And what do greenhouse gases have to do with the ozone layer?

And why is it that the only people still arguing with the science behind it are those with agendas (rhetorical question)? Hell, even BP and Chevron have started pumping money into alternative energy. I mean that must be some sort of clue to you that the scientists are right and the politicians are wrong. This is really important. Where did you get the info on volcanoes and ozone? I honestly want to know.

Rush Limbaugh was talking about volcanos pollute the atmosphere more then man could ever hope to do. I'm not saying "screw the enviorment", but the enviornmental wacko's are tring to scare people into thinking that mans pollution will bring the end of life on earth. As for an earlier post saying carbon dioxide was the cause of global warming...ALL plantlife takes in CO2 as food and then gives off H2O (air). So without CO2 (which we breath out) all plantlife would end, thus ending the air supply in turn killing every living thing on earth.


And could they be pumping money into "alternative energy" because they realize oil will run dry someday in the not to distant future?

We are destroying tons of trees. They store CO2 which is released into the atmosphere. Then there are also less trees to take in the more CO2.
