yeti_c wrote:Technically you're right - but with the live scores it would be accurate to as close as possible... obviously each time someone does something the scores would be udated - so it would be fairly unlucky for it to be wrong...
Without the live scores - then it's even more estimated.

All it would take is a "Battle Royale" to skew the numbers....

VERSION : 3.5.5
FIXED : Clock now counts down when it's red and flashing!
C.
PS The clock will always flash and be red in a speed game - because I didn't know at what time to set it too...
If someone could tell me when the clock usually flashed red in a speed game - then I will adjust this (obviously you'll need to turn BOB off for this!)

The new BOB seems to be messing with the clock even worse than before.
I can;t seem to duplicate it reliably, but it's happened in 1vs1 and 4 player games now.

You need to download Greasemonkey first I think...
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748If you already have - then check that it's "on" - in the bottom right hand corner - is your monkey Brown of Black and White?
If black and white - click on him once...

I have downloaded this program, restarted mozilla like it says but i dont see this monkey!

any idea what I am doing wrong?

Try downloading it again?

Do you see "Greasemonkey >" in tools?

suggestion: instead of :check for updates, what if the rev # changed colour if it was different than the most current?
ps. great script - do you know what % of players use it?
I'm afraid that's not possible - The script doesn't know whether it's out of date or not - thus cannot change it's colour!! - Nice idea if it could though.
C.
PS Nope - I know how many people have installed it - but that also includes everytime someone upgrades etc... so the stat is meaningless!!

It happened because I coded an if to be >=-1 and not >-1 for an indexof call...
- So the parser was stripping out the <span> that made the clock red - when it wasn't there - thus breaking the clock!! DOH!!

I'm assuming you've looking in the lower-right hand corner of your browser window. Are you using Firefox? or just the Mozilla Browser? and did you try installing the BOB script anyway?

c, if you look at the clickable maps code, i have the script automatically check its version against the version on the server by downloading the one on the server using xmlHttpRequest, finding the line that matches "var version =", then comparing it to it's own "version" variable...

Can the ActionForm be longer, like how CC defaults it, because its incredably small, especially on the tall narrow maps like South America
It takes up 3 lines...and if i want to change where i attack from, and the attack to territories have a shorter name then Buenos Aires, then the auto attack moves back right beside the attack button. I find it a nuisance that the buttons move in the middle of my turn. I also enjoyed how the end attacks/forts button was far way from the rest, to avoid mis-clicking it.

I never saw where you made that floating menu standard rather than optional. And why?? I prefer the old, separate way. (Yes, I have HUD turned off and am running the newest version 3.5.7)

seconded. On a portugal game this morning I nearly clicked auto attack instead of attack and end forts instead of fort.

when i view the maps, the army total on the country is written twice...the 2nd number is slightly offset so to read the numbers are almost impossible. I have to set the opacity to 10% to get rid of the 2nd set of numbers.
This happens when i click view, text increase using firefox. I'm on a 40 inch monitor and have no smaller one. So it's nice to increase the text size so i don't have to walk right up to the monitor to see the screen/text.

You can adjust the number alignment in the menu on the left.

Turning HUD off - makes the Buttons dock for me - are you running with Clickable maps too?
