Yes but anywhere where shi or 4 is followed by kyu, dan, etch it becomes yan. On another note Rokukyu is the belt before green and and Im not sure how they convert shichi...I should but I honestly can't remember.
In any case, spending almost 6 years on Okinawa has given me an appreciation for the Japanese language and culture. Those were the best years of my childhood on that island.
Yes I'd love to visit Japan and Okinawa if for no other reason than to visit Grand Master Eizo Shimabuku.
Never ran into him there.
How many dojos have you gone to in Okinawa? Also he may have moved to Japan by then.

It was a facetious statement on my part.

I really wouldn't know. I'm not a cat specialist nor do I own one.

I know. My timing has been off today. I just didn't feel sharing my knowledge of plantains was really necessary. My favorite Jamaican restaurant has great fried plantains.

I've gotten a little farther into Metroid Prime 3 and have beaten Meta-ridley, encountered dark samus made my way to Bryyo. But at this point I think I'm gonna return it. It's a decent game but not really anything great about it.

Yeah if I bought all the games I've been renting lately I'd have spent a shitload of money. Renting does get pricy when you rent a bunch but it's been worth it so far. RIght now I do plan on buying Star Wars: Force Unleashed and probably Super Smash Bros. Brawl eventually.
