Nope, not the same...check out the mole placement on arms and chest. And the cleft chin...I do not believe these two girls are the same girl.

Different color eyes........ but one might be contacts, so could be the same girl...

Mole/Freckle variance...... but could be summer/ winter variance from sun exposure, so could be the same girl...

Noses sure look the same, so could be the same girl...

Breast size appears different, but clothing and camera angle can do that, so could be the same girl...

But the most definite reason to conclude that they are NOT the same person is.....
Surely she would have changed her hair style over that much time!

Its a girl I knew a while back, just the first time I saw the other picture I kinda jumped cause I genuinely though it was her (which would have been weird yet hilarious). The guy in the other picture isn me lol, but I was at that party (wearing a much nicer suit then he is).
