Indeed. I hope I am now vindicated in the eyes of anyone who was skeptical of my suspicion of IB the whole time. This doesn't mean he's scum, but it does mean he is worth a look.CatchersMitt14 wrote:I think this just became a discussion on the merits of IB being scum. I re-post this without further comment.Iron Butterfly wrote:Kind of hard if you hide and post nothing of substance and that logic could apply to pretty much everyone. No, this is some bullshit. The / lynch was locked in. I committed to providing the seventh vote, and I only didn't pull the trigger because I wanted us to have more time for discussion. But then everyone else decided to go off in their own directions as they pleased, and look at the good that got us.AladdinSane wrote: @Mets: I unnerstand dat you don't see mutch of a case been made aginst DJP, and in a way yer rite - it's orl circumastanshal - but we've got to pull togther hear and show sum disipline, not just orl go orf in our own direckshuns as we pleese. Dat's wot got us into a no-linch situashun on D5.
Carm down, I was just wurried dat teh dedline was looming and votes were too spred out until we got dat flood of votes on DJP at teh end. We avoided teh no-linch, but for a wile it was looking like teh vote cood be split between DJP and /.Metsfanmax wrote: I mean, I'm obviously not certain that / is scum -- but I'm sure as hell not going to be accused of not being sufficiently invested in a lynch.

Yes, we did. Where were you? If you don't show up for 4 days, and then pop in just before deadline to cast your vote, how is that going to help anyone? Who were you going to vote for? If you had some other case to make, then you have to make it in time for other people to respond.the white rose wrote:oh bugger, just come on to cast my vote, but it seems that you lot have messed this up all by yourself?
I knew you were going to say that. Just like how you kept on about not been on teh Falko wagen, wen you voted fer Wing who was orso Town (and who you helped linch the next day) . So you were meerly helping yerself to credit you dident deserve, just becorse you voted a difrent Town to most others. Who knows? Maybe dat's wot's hapening hear too. I woodent be too boastfull until it is shown dat you ackshually voted fer a Mafia wen most others voted fer a Town.PLAYER57832 wrote:Oh, I am proud to say I was not in on the DJ lynch this time!
I wish , I had an 8-yrack player after my reel to reel just before my walkmanMetsfanmax wrote:Indeed. mitch: that CD PLAYYYYEERRRR thing sounds a lot like you are responsible for it. Except that I am not sure you are even old enough to know what a CD player is.
Are...are you saying we shood linch "PLLLLLLAAAAYYEEEEERRRR"? lolWingCmdr Ginkapo wrote:

with all due respect deg, I am actually on holiday in thailand. you will observe i stopped playing risk (can we call it that) some weeks ago so i could enjoy my holiday.degaston wrote:Yes, we did. Well, since you brought it up, I'm ahead of you 240 posts to 158. Not that it means that much.the white rose wrote:with all due respect deg, I am actually on holiday in thailand. you will observe i stopped playing risk (can we call it that) some weeks ago so i could enjoy my holiday.
In amongst having fun on the beaches and in the girlie bars, i take time to come on and play, would you?
Had I known this game would still be going at easter i probably would not have joined up to it.
nevertheless, i did come on and post my reads, and came back to vote before the deadline.....if you look at posting history on this game, think you will find that i have posted more than you.
Tomorrow, i will stay in the hotel and read through the posts and try to take the lead in finding scum, thats if i am still alive.
OK, but in order for this to work, said confirmed townie has to actually show up and vote before the lynch happens.the white rose wrote: the solution to this, is to pick a confirmed townie and all vote the same as him or her......it is important that all town agree a lynch for a scum to be lynched.
