i agree with herakilla.
i'm not really convinced that the sanctuary isn't at a serious disadvantage.
not sure how to reconcile the idea with the execution.

Yeah, I think that's it. I've seen some with [GP] and [Gr], too. I think those are Game Play and Graphics stamps.

If this is it, it's a great idea - much easier than reading through the whole thread looking for the stamps.

Yeah, I think that's it. I've seen some with [GP] and [Gr], too. I think those are Game Play and Graphics stamps.

time for a new update (finally)
V7
done:
-made the blood waters more flowy to blend better
-changed the troglodyte's continent colour
-changed the pit fiends' continent colour
-added neutrals
-added some claw scratches on the legend
-made a few border tweaks
-removed the animation
-changed the legend to reflect that blood waters can be attacked by any dock but they can also attack back.
-removed dock from u'rl

Hmmm - I dislike the 2 way blood waters idea...

Now the enemy can strafe in with a huge force - then escape with it... which is not what you had in mind...

Perhaps have the blood waters around the island - then have U'rl or something be able to attack any Dock outwards...

That way the Sanctuary is the main army build place - can attack out to the blood waters - and can have a way of attacking out one way... so that enemies have to come in and make some decent attacks to get out again - or conquer it.

sanctuary is just at a huge disadvantage is my problem. like yeti said they can just go in and pop back out and take no damage from the decay

ok i'm thinking of this:

each blood water can be bombarded by any dock.
each blood water can 1 way attack any dock.
the sanctuary can directly attack any blood water.

this way nobody can come in the sanctuary via the blood waters. also bombarding the water is tricky because if you do so then the guy in the sanctuary can come and attack you through there (because you just replaced his troop with a neutral one.)

also this means i have to put back the u'rl dock because there has to be a way inside the sanctuary.

so by doing this the sanctuary can be defended by holding a huge pile in the sanctuary.

Yes - that sounds good - the outer players *can* lower the sanctuary bonus... but the fear the reprisals...

Alternatively - it might work if 1 dock = 1 blood water -> so 1 person who's big can't strip the sanctuary bonus off completely...

i.e. Ieme attacks Fo'il - Qasr attacks A'lb - Voight attacks Vir'dn - Sler attacks B'hed - Duht attacks K'rah - Ikalu attack D'im -Eon attacks Jor'g

(and then you need 2 more blood waters for the other 2 docks to attack!)

You could give each dock and connected bloodwater a number/symbol/whatever, so the legend needs just 1 sentence?
