The initial complaint is partially upheld. At least one suggestion that was brought up was formally identical to notyou2's suggestion and was included among the final candidates. If saxitoxin seriously considered notyou2's suggestion before settling on the final candidates he must assure that this is the case, otherwise, saxitoxin must seriously consider including notyou2's suggestion for no less than 10 seconds and document the result.
The demand to
additionally include "the one with the sheep wearing a kilt playing the pipes" is denied. However, if "the one with the sheep wearing a kilt playing the pipes" is an adequate representation of notyou2's first suggestion and the result of saxitoxin's consideration is to include notyou2's suggestion in the poll, then "the one with the sheep wearing a kilt playing the pipes" may be used for this purpose.
